Front screen door latch did not work and reported first few days there 1/12/24 Refrigerator shelf kept falling. Reported 1/21/24 Reported Cockroach on kitchen shelf. Reported 1/16. Exterminator came 1/17 There was golf cart in garage and directions how to use but not listed in information about rental so we rented cart for additional $450

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location. Close to several pools, lots of golfing, bocce, shuffleboard, walk to the locale rec center, and the local country club. House was fairly clean, found some dirty dishes in the cabinet (dish washer didn’t clean well) and the porch was not clean. Bed was very comfortable but the living room furniture was not comfortable. We would definitely rent this again.

Nice place

Property had everything we needed for our stay. The management was very responsive and helpful. The decor needs a little updating but it didn’t impede our ability to enjoy our time there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Size of home was perfect for the two of us. Furniture and appliances way out of date. TV's were old and didn't have many channels. Dishwasher was LOUD. Location was great. Property management company very attentive. Home needs many updates. Would definately recommend home IF upgrades were made.

The house was very clean. We moved from N.Y. to Florida and this house was perfect for our stay while looking for a house to buy 😊 the village was so pretty and peaceful and clean. And we did find a home to buy 😊 the people at the office were very nice and friendly 😊 thank you for a wonderful stay and we would recommend this home to our friends and family 😊
