「Clean room and bathroom, staff friendly, breakfast good」

「The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?」

「Free breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and freshly prepared. This was a very nice and clean hotel with all of the amenities. Downtown location was close to everything we wanted to see. You do have to pay for overnight parking but that’s expected for a downtown location. 」

「The continental breakfast was one of the best ones we have had in a long time and super clean and fresh. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downfall of this location is it really is on the outskirts of the Vista and the outdoor pool that they advertise is very small with no amenities. My kids were disappointed but we didn’t visit Columbia to swim in a pool so not a huge deal. All in all, was a pleasant stay with a short walking distance to the downtown life. 「super easy to park, breezy entrance, great pool, clean rooms & bathrooms equipped with makeup wipes that came in handy. the integration of the digital key made our stay 100x easier, including use to leave the parking garage and to go directly to the room. very convenient location, restaurants & nightlife (& daytime activities) are footsteps away. 」

「Breakfast staff was kind, friendly, and approachable. Front desk staff was, as well. The pool was a reason we picked the hotel (for a child) and it was far too cold to enjoy. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known it would be too cold to use. That was the reason for a lower score.」

「The Room had bed bugs, I took a photo, and I found old Q-Tips behind the bed, old sheets with old blood stains on them after inspections and a nest of bed bugs that I also took photos of. Other than that the staff was friendly or I didn’t really speak to them at all. Breakfast was great in the morning though. 」

「I arrived around 8/00 on Friday night. I struggled to get to my room. I had requested a handicapped bath. It is several rooms away from the elevator. When I got to my room I had changed my clothes and discovered there was no soap bars or body wash. On Saturday I told the front desk about it and she g a ve me 6 bars of soap, 3 bottles of shampoo and 3 bottles of hair conditioner. I requested body wash but as never given any.
