"Room was clean. Unfortunately not serviced on day 2 so ran out of coffee and milk. Lighting is poor in the room but good in bathroom. "

"Staff was great at the front desk. However only having one elevator in and out was a little annoying and often took forever. We also lost hot water for a day but staff were nice about it wasn’t much they could do. It’s also very loud! But the earplugs come in handly. "

"The housekeeping staff was great. The guest services in the morning were great but in the evening were terrible. Asked for some mouthwash and said there was nothing and to go over to the next hotel. There was none there and we ended up paying 8$ for 2 little tiny bottles of scope. Was annoyed with the treatment when I know Le Méridien Properties are better. The fridge in the lounge did not work and sodas were warm. The food didn’t feel like it was getting replenished and some of it was flat out stale. Very disappointed with that kind of stuff happening at this quality of a hotel."
