"A tired hotel. The staff don’t really need to try as it’s a Hilton so has a captive market but we well not be back. Needs a thorough renovation"

"We checked in to the room only to find it smelled of mildew and mold which was apparent in the shower and window areas. Due to health concerns we had to check out. The furniture was old and had holes. There was no tv on the wall. I asked the attendant about moving and a refund and he stated no one was available and he was not able to help so I called Hotels.com and they didn’t help either. I also filed an insurance claim. No one has gotten back to me. As mentioned, we checked out and booked another hotel. "

"Fabulous from start to finish. Such a great location to go to and from but also plenty of bars and cafes and bakeries around to keep you happy. Definitely one to return to when in Paris next"
