Large family & friend get-togethers or evening small retreats will appreciate this spacious home located right in Thomas, just 3 blocks up the hill from Front Street.
This is my personal residence that is primarily for guest use. I have a small private apartment on the premises that is not included in the rental and May or may not be used by me during your booking. This may be discussed, and negotiated before your booking.
There is an abundance of sleeping accommodations with 4 comfortable bedrooms, two queen cottages, an open space living/sleeping area, a large sectional couch and blow up mattresses if needed. *floor mattress & air mattress are only provided upon request or when numbers necessitate
Enjoy privacy with two in-suite master bathrooms (one with a 2 person jacuzzi tub!), and one full bath adjacent to two bedrooms, plus an extra shower in the laundry room. Feel like staying in for the night, make use of the fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor area, including double gas/charcoal grill, extensive patio seating & fire pit.

Other things to note
Animal Specifics:
*Two dogs and 2 cats live on the premesis, though they will either not be on site when booked, or they will be in the attached apartment, where they primarily live. They may be seen roaming around the back yard and patio.
The adjacent neighbors dogs are contained by a wireless fence. Other neighboring dogs may be loose but are extremely friendly and rarely approach our property.
Please avoid leaving food outside as it attracts animals such as raccoons.
Location Specifics:
The home is situated on a hill, so the walk to and from front street will include an incline.
