“The hotel and lake setting is beautiful. The spa is too expensive when you are limited to only two hours when it is extremely quiet.”

“Two bulbs were not working so clothes unit and te a are were in the dark.The bathroom rack was red rusty where the towels were placed.Bathroom shelf was chipped all way along the edge.Needs repairs.”

“Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food. They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!”

“Impressive building with lovely grounds; however unfortunately our room did not live up to the same standard with wine bottles & beer cans left at the door on entry, along with the odour from the previous guests takeaway. Thankfully the staff were able to accommodate a different room for our stay, but it is worth noting the rooms both shared a rather tired appearance and we left a little deflated bearing in mind the room rate.”

“We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Green Grove Country House B&B and had a very pleasant experience. Our room was very comfortable, particularly the super king bed, which gave us three excellent nights’ sleep. The shower was fantastic, the toiletries were good quality, and having a small fridge in the room was a thoughtful and useful touch. The homemade buns were delicious too. The views from the property are beautiful, especially at sunset. We enjoyed being able to sit outside in the……
