“Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay.
The host Gregory is very friendly and ready to accommodate. Wifi wasn't a problem for me. I walked to the Sky Mall to get groceries which is about 20 minutes away though part is a long the highway. There is……
“The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.”
“Property was adequate for my overnight transit. 3mins or so drive from the airport. Wifi connection was good, A/C in the room, I felt safe and I had a quite pleasant restful night sleep. Owner was there to check me in and kindly arranged my airport taxi for me the following morning.
I would stay there again for transit stay.”
“The property was spacious with ample room for myself and my two boys! Clean, checkin was fast and friendly. Neighbourhood was really quiet, easy to get around. Large Shopping center nearby was definitely a plus. Will definitely do again!”
“The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. ”

You'll need a car - there isn't much in terms of supermarket or dining etc nearby, altho "De Garage" is just around the corner and they make some great food and have basic items like snacks etc.

“Perfect location . Can’t imagine better on the island . So close to the bus, amazing selection of restaurants , two nice beaches . All within a few minutes walk . Also walking distance ( or a short bus) to Oistins , Miami Beach , pebbles beach ,the capital , etc
