“We follow the policy of the house. But the old woman next door is a Karen. She acts like she own the place. Taking pictures of our cars even tho we are allowed to park at the drive way. We have to go through the garage per request by the property manager. But we have to go out in the side so that we can have access to the beach. The old woman was taking pictures and video of us! Very creepy!”

“View is gorgeous It’s definitely a hike up there and rough roads but they tell you that ahead of time so we were prepared. I do wish it was a little more updated in the rooms. It felt very bare and minimal and needs a couple touches. The upstairs neighbors were very loud and sounded like they were throwing stuff around all night. But we had a comfortable and pleasant stay otherwise. The view is wonderful”

“I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. The Burrito bowls are delicious.”
