「My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for New Year’s Eve 2023. We had a really good time together. The hosts rules are very clear. You will find everything clean the accommodation is amazing! We had the pleasure to meet the owner and he was very nice to us. I highly recommend this house! And last but not least; remember to follow the host rules and you won’t have any issues with them! Treat your Vrbo like your own house!」

「This place is a great location for visiting area sights. Short drive to the Reagan presidential library and the Gardens of the world. Both places are a must see. The property itself is modern and full of light! Skylights and large window looking over the valley. Simple but functional. Tastefully decorated. 「This is such a wonderful home to enjoy if you love being next to the ocean. The views are spectacular!We awake both mornings to dolphins swimming nearby, pelicans flying overhead, the sound of the waves, and views of Santa Monica is the distance. The property is well designed, light, spacious, comfortable and the proximity to both Mailibu and Santa Monica makes this convenient, private home excellent for travellers. 」

「Right at the beach. Beach toys and chairs aplenty. Clean with plenty of hot water for 16 of us to shower. Beautiful views, TV and wi-fi were good. Great kitchen, living room and dining room for so many people. Lots of beds. Weather could have been sunnier but hard to pin that on the VRBO house. 」

「Perfect home for our family to stay in on a trip to Universal Studios. Only 15 mins from the park. 3 nice bedrooms in a fairly new home. Clean, quiet house, in a safe neighborhood. Owners are very friendly and responsive, and addressed a minor issue we had very promptly. Would recommend!」
