We received an email stating that a portion of our deposit would be kept due to “extra cleaning” for marks on the wall - which were already there when we arrived and are completely normal for a well-lived space and for a torn throw that was already in poor condition upon check-in. "We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this property in Chelsea/Earl's Court! It's in an ideal location, just a 10 minute walk up one street to the nearest Underground station (Earl's Court) and also very close to Fulham Road (5 minute walk) which has a lot of shops, restaurants, pubs, bakeries and grocery stores. The property itself was exactly as listed and had all that we needed for our "home base" while visiting London with our three teenagers. I would highly recommend this property for...
