「This is my second time at the property. It’s just as incredible the second time as it was the first time. I hosted our staff retreat there. 11 of us ladies fit very comfortably as it is so spacious. We had a wellness retreat. The pool and hot tub, amazing grounds and incredible house made for the perfect setting. I highly recommend and the hosts are always excellent and accommodating!!! Don’t think twice, book it!」

「This was the perfect location to come back to after day trips to Shipshewana. It was very cute, comfortable and cozy. Our favorite part was the hot tub at night overlooking the peaceful and serene lake. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Amish Cabin. The cabin was very clean and the owners were easy to contact and great to deal with. The weather was unseasonably warm and we enjoyed several hours on the deck, taking in the view and the sunshine. Distance to Shipshewana and local businesses is only a few miles, easy to get to shop/eat and at the same time relax in the quiet of the lake cabin! We have stayed at several VRBO’s and this was the first one where after our stay the owner sent a message...

「Very nice house, the lake was very nice. Only thing is when we check in we had to vacuum the floors. The floors look like it was not done. Way to many spiders and spiders web. On the wall, ceiling fan light and etc. Dont use the ice machine on the fridge!! Not sure when it was clean out. There was black mold in the ice.」

「We loved our stay at this property. It was a great country setting and very comfortable. The furniture was like new and very comfortable. Many extras like coffee and tea. They provided soaps, shampoo, and plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. The owner checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything and wanted to know if we needed anything. This house is very convenient to all of the attractions and shopping in Shipshewana. You can't go wrong staying here. I would highly recommend this...

「This home is very spacious and private. I stayed here with my family. We had a total of 9 adults and 4 teens. There was a lot of room and we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was well equipped with supplies for cooking. The home was clean upon arrival. The owner was great! He had great communication before our arrival and was great about checking on us during our stay. We would absolutely love to rent this home again if we were to return to Michigan.」

「I have rented a different lakehouse every Labor Day weekend for many years and this is one of our faves. The decor will definitely appeal to antique lovers. The large deck is lovely. The lake is very quiet (no wake) and peaceful. We enjoyed taking the paddle boat out on the water. Not great swimming off the dock (overgrown weeds and such), but we took the boat out to the middle of the lake to swim. We were able to fish right off the dock. 「Great amenities and special touches. Love the arcade. The breakfast and water was immensely helpful. I would consider mentioning that after the person has booked. Along with the I Luciano of other amenities like laundry soap, shower toiletries. There was a facet handle missing in the kitchen and the towel holder was loose in the upstairs bathroom. Just an FYI.」
