“다낭에 입국하기전 한국에서 메일로 문의했을때 피드백이 빠르고 친절하게 답장해주셨습니다 도착 당시 새벽 1시였고 직원분이 상주하고 있었고 바로 체크인 할 수 있었습니다 건물에 엘리베이터가 없었고 객실이 4층이었는데 저의 무거운 짐을 다 옮겨 주셨습니다 감사합니다 다만 수건에서 냄새가 나는 건 조금 불편하긴 합니다 공항에서 가까운 점이 장점이지만 동시에 소음이 있습니다 창문을 닫아놓으면 수면하는 것에는 지장없습니다.”

“1/Location is close to the airport, 5 mins walk from domestic flights and 10 mins walk from international flights , good for flight transfer and also available for traveler to DA NANG city because it is just 15 mins travel time from hostel to city and beach by taxi 2/ breakfast is excellent, more than you expect. Especially i love Vietnam style noodle with fruits 3/ Whole new building with green plants surrounding the external and internal 4/ All personal amenity provided, towel,……

“Clean and tidy rooms, friendly and helpful staff! Always greet and ready to help even if you don't have any requests! When I arrived to check in and was greeted with a warm smile, I knew I was not at the wrong place”

“Nice accommodation. A little bit tired but still good value for the price. Strange smell in the room but went away after having aircon on. The location is really good for exploring Hue.”

“My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming……

“They have no soap and small towel”

“The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements.”

“จองห้องมีระเบียง เห็นวิว สรุป ห้องแคบๆไม่มีระเบียง เจ้าของสื่อสารไม่ได้ เอาบุ๊คกิ้งให้ดู ก็ยืนยันว่ามีแค่ห้องเดียว นอกนั้นมีลูกค้าเข้าไปแล้ว สรุปคือจองห้องเหมือนระบบใครมาก่อนได้ก่อนการจองผ่านแอพล่วงหน้าไม่ได้มีความหมาย”

“房間備有微波爐、電磁爐碗盤可以自己準備食材料理。房間可以看到瀚江。1、2樓是咖啡廳。 櫃檯服務不是很好，14：00可以入住但我們16：00 才check in房間竟然還沒整理。理由是我們未告知入住時間。（ 正常時間還要告知入住時間有點無法理解。錯了就錯有這麼難嗎？）我們是訂兩房只有一間可，另間竟然還有人住裡面。入住款項早就繳清。”

“Private rooms are a great value, staff is extremely friendly, and breakfast was decent. Only note that when looking for the most cost effective tours or transport this hotel will try to persuade you to use their more expensive methods. Asked about the 50k dong bus to the airport and was told they didn't know anything and to use their $10 car, the bus was a 5 minute walk away and so easy.”
