I had been in Furama for more than 3 times, everytime in different type room. If you ask me why do I choose Furama, I will tell you that is because their service, and there is so many restaurants near this hotel. I love having dinner in "The Fan" (the steak house of this hotel).

It’s great that the hotel is so close to the beach that we can go within 3 mins from hotel lobby.
It’s kids friendly and my kids loves a lot.
Hotel service is good. Just the dinner that we spent in the The Fan restaurant, the menu is rather complicated.
Overall is good.

Nice room, friendly staff, love the beach and pool.
I stayed at the resort for 4 days and 3 nights . It wasn’t that nice as I expected . I smelled the sewer around my room. During the time we were at the resort, weather was very hot but the lobby didn’t provide water. It was inconvenient for us to go upstairs at 4th floor for water.
However, we all loved the breakfast .

Check-in process was terrible with long waits and they forgot to tell me that my room was ready - I had to check in with them multiple times after they inaccurately told me the wait times. The communication via Expedia was worse, Furama only responded when they needed questions answered., otherwise, took a few follow ups (and days) for them to respond to simple questions like shuttle service etc. Just to get a passive aggressive response like “as mentioned in our previous email”… what previous email?! We’ve been communicating through Expedia site only where you can check past messages! So rude and unprofessional.
