「The apartment had hundreds of gnats everywhere. Outside walkway very dirty but when asked they did clean that area. Vent in Bathroom full of mildew. Made mistake of walking barefoot on carpets my feet were black. Tv remotes did not work but staff came on Sunday and changed those. Archaic tv system. Could not connect our Netflix and programs not hd and limited programs. If it was not for the convenience of my husband's conference at big cedar we would not stay near there. Have troubles every...

「I booked it because of the water park but it’s only open on weekends and no pool for the kids. I booked for 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. Booked another hotel that had a pool for the other 2 nights.」

「The place has a lot of potential, nice view from the deck,, good price, like the layout, good location, but also a lot of issues, other rooms may have been better, ours shouldn't have been rented out. 1)The office wasn't on site. 2) They had 1 packet of regular coffee in the room, we had to call to have more delivered & you couldn't get more than 4 at a time, we were there 9 days, we had to call again to get more 3) Wasn't vacuumed 4) Mold & ceiling falling apart as well as water dripping...

「The room was nice. We had a dryer that did not work so they changed it out with another dryer that did not work. The elevator was out of service two days and we had no swimming pool at all.」

「The rooms seemed a little dated. Our room had a strange smell to it. Rooms are small for 4 people with luggage. Pool was fun. The breakfast and lounge area was really nice! Close to all things fun!」
