"The beds were wonderful. I was a little disappointed in the breakfast. The picture makes it look like there are biscuits and gravy, but no luck. Otherwise, it was great."

"The property was very clean and inviting and the front desk staff was extremely nice. Unfortunately the elevators were not working during our stay so that was fun 😕 The parking was terrible the first night and the garage is not friendly to big cars when it's full, I got an awful scratch to prove it. When the garage is more vacant its not an issue at all though. The location is wonderful to the dome and a handful of local restaurants are nearby so that's really nice. I'd stay again but in a smaller car to avoid the garage issues."

"Our room was not ready still at the check in time of 4.00 pm! Once we finally were able to to check in we had to call the front desk for towels and coffee that was not restocked! They use top sheets on the bed as a bottom sheet and we got our feet stuck in the sheets throughout the night! We were supposed to have a double head shower but only half of the shower worked, and when we complaied at check out we wete told, or sorry we knew it wasnt working correctly! Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"
