“My flight was delayed and I had to check in late (at around 21:00). I had noticed the owner in advance and he was so kind and waited until I come before he was off the duty. Good customer service.”

“酒店附近冇嘢好食，房間整潔，暖氣唔夠，要步行10分鐘才到市中心，酒店古舊，電梯有懷舊味道”

“The motel owner is very kind and provides very good recommendations. The staff are helpful and the room is tidy and clean. The motel location is very convenient and for sure will check in again next time. 5 stars choice. ”

“Wall and door not very sound proof can heard next door guests knocking the door or talking outside.. Hosts are very nice and provide us fruits on arrival.”

“Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. It is in city centre, easy to reach restaurants, cinema and shopping area. ”

“Great location but our unit close to road so traffic noise a nuisance. Shower pressure not good but unit very clean and well prepared. Staff very helpful. Parking outside unit.”

“Fantastic good customer service”

“When I contacted the hotel a couple times for my reservation, and asked if there is a front desk person to assist with my check in, the two person who answered my calls kept saying that they cannot find my reservation. After over hour waiting at the front of the hotel at a 49 degrees cold weather at 11:00 pm they finally said that they found it and someone handed me the key to my room.”

“Location was walking distance to supermarket, burger king, garages and township also. Check in easy and hosts friendly. Establishment was dated but surfice, rooms cleaned well & comfy bed. Unfortunately I was dissapointed over the stench of what I believe were smelly carpets, no underlay for comfort and odour throughout the room in curtains, furniture. Comfy double bed. Enjoyed jetted bath, but lack of utensils in kitchenette made it more frustrating. Paid fair price 3 nights stay but very……

“Owners are so friendly and obliging. Let us store our luggage during the day for our late flight. Comfy beds and warm room.”

“接待處經常沒有服務人員, 旅館太舊了. 牆壁太薄了, 洗澡的聲音全屋房間都聽到.”

“perfect for everything ! close to centre and the staff are so nice !”

“Room clean and tidy. Host friendly and helpful. ”

“In general, everything was old. The door lock was rather flimsy hence I don’t feel secure in the room. Water pressure from shower head was low. We stayed for a few days, No replenishment of toiletries or water, need to request and pick up from concierge. The only plus of this hotel is everyone was very courteous, polite and helpful. This is the first and last time we will stay here. ”

“Room was fine and clean, although it was a bit dated. Bathroom cabinets were in pretty rough shape and swollen from water splashback due to the open shower/tub. Taps were also very touchy and not very user friendly. No staff to be seen during two day visit and check in was a message to say the key would be inside the unlocked room, this didn’t feel very safe or welcoming. No staff during check out with no explanation. Great location and quiet location, but the dated facilities, lack of personal……
