“Room amenities indicated air-conditioning, but the room does not have air-conditioning. The room was warm and we had to open the window. I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. I thought the paper cup does not cost much and the hotel should allow guests to use it after they finished their buffet breakfast. We has dinner at the cafe once. We ordered a……

“這10年來上海出差無數次，常常經過虹橋迎賓館，這次終於有機會入住。果然和一般的五星酒店不太一樣，花園造景和建築看來，有度假村的感覺。2館的前廳富麗堂皇，不愧是以前接待外賓的會館。客房空間不大，但是清潔舒適。”
