"Great hotel with wonderful people. Spacious room, comfortable and well maintained, plus a lovely balcony. Peaceful location slightly away from the main tourist centre but an easy walk and very close to bus stops. Would definitely come back and stay longer. Really appreciated the friendly welcome."

Staff throughout the resort as well as restaurant staff were helpful, polite and very ontop of everything. Really a great place to relax and enjoy and feel you're getting value for your money. "Customer service was excellent, the hotel is clean, beautiful swimming pool and great view! "

"View of the Sea of Galilee was amazing. The front desk was able to arrange a taxi service that took credit cards and took me to all the holy sites I wanted to see and more."

"Very poor lighting...TV very difficult to use. Had to take elevator up 1 floor to get to check in"

"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "
