The breakfast was well prepared and presented. If you crave a snack, just look around a bit and you will find delicious choices.”

Rooms had some original features along with modern bathrooms and amenities. Full complimentary breakfasts and late afternoon wine and cheese offerings. I highly recommend The Marshall House. ”

“The entire experience was great! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Kevin who helped unload our luggage. He was very hospitable and amazing. At check in Brian was very welcoming and hospitable as well! They both shared the amenities as well as recommended restaurants in the area. Our room was clean and beautiful! Very comfortable! “Great hotel! The rooms are very nice and clean, The shower is huge and the view of the Savannah River and all the barges that go by is exceptional. They offer a car service within in 3 miles and the drivers are very knowledgeable and friendly.”

“On arrival the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, the lobby is lovely and parking is right outside which is a plus as this is right on the Main Street across from the river walk, location was excellent and within walking distance of the river walk and downtown, there is an onsite bar and restaurant with a complimentary drink to use before 10pm on the night of our stay. “Absolutely loved it! Wish we stayed more than one night. Staff was amazing. We were an hour or so down the road and we got a call from the front desk. The cleaning staff found my wife had forgotten her diamond pendant and chain behind. They are shipping it to us. Definitely above and beyond. The common areas were great. We met some other guests that were quite friendly and entertaining. Will definitely come back and stay a long weekend next time we are in town. ”

“Everything at the hotel was excellent, especially Spring and Steve and the rest of the food service workers. The only thing we did not enjoy was the parking issue. The location was great for walking or using the free shuttle service. Using the parking ramp was not easy because nothing was set up for an easy in and out of the hotel. We had to watch carefully for cars pulling in and out for the valet service and it was tricky to walk to the ramp and tough to drive in this part of Savannah.”
