We had a great room but de A/C stopped working, and had to switch to a smaller room passed midnight. Nice property, for its level, they should have the knowledge and maintain e schedule to assure things work.」

All I got was a message to say that I need to fill in the registration form before a password to enter the premise will be given to me 24 hours before I check in, and that there is no one at the premise’s reception.
