「櫃檯服務態度極差， 選擇此酒店原因是因為入住時間8至14， 我8點已到，但接代員卻說沒有房， 又說入住時間是1400，但網站確實是寫8至14,最後還是按排了其他房給我們， ，接代人員態度相當差，完全不是4星酒店應有嘅服務態度,」

「We stayed in this property 3 nights. Staffs were very friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We felt like home when we stayed here. The view is excellent. Definitely we will stay here again on next time we visit Pamplona, Spain. 」

「This is the second time that I have stayed at this property. The first was 10 years ago under previous management. The property is in excellent condition as it was the first time I went there. The new owners are very nice people unfriendly and served a very good breakfast. I particularly like the spot because there’s a beautiful little church up on a mountain behind the accommodations that you can walk to and it is very peaceful up there and there are some hiking options as well. Tiene ascensor que, en mi caso, que voy con muleta, y para quien lo necesite es un punto a favor. Muy limpia y a nada del centro. El anfitrión es atento y amable y soluciona al momento cualquier problema que pueda aparecer. En resumen, un 10 por las instalaciones y por el anfitrión. Muchas gracias. 」
