「I give Comfort Inn & Suites W. Seneca, NY 4 stars because of the customer care and service delivery. For me, the location was important because it was quiet with a mostly mature adult-type ambiance. The staff were very friendly and put a lot of care in handling my room accommodation needs when I arrived later in the evening. Each ask was met with a smile and in the affirmative which is rare in itself today. I would have liked to have seen more hot oatmeal or mixed fruit bowls for breakfast...

But my bedroom was so small I could not easily walk around, and the half-bathroom was also very small. Wes, the owner, welcomed me at check-in and has a warm personality. But breakfast was not offered, even though a Booking listing said breakfast was provided and the owner mentioned breakfast too. 」

「The good: Great location in the Elmwood Village area. Extremely walkable. Once you're inside, the place is beautiful. It oozes charm and personality. The common areas are great, and our room was very, very nice. Comfortable bed, large bathroom, new TV, fridge. Parking was very convenient. Entry into the building and the room was great, with a custom code that worked on both doors. Finally, very responsive concierge (we interacted through text). The not-so-good: Our room was on the 1st floor, so...
