「Wonderful stay」

「We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.」

「Wonderful stay and Food is extremely good」

「No one was there at reception when we arrived … two families with luggage.. worst location.. no electricity in the middle of the night .. no AC or the fan working no one there to listen 」

「Very good beach resort and budget friendly, Nice food!」

「The beach location was fantastic. The staff from management to porters were attentive and welcoming.」

「Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort...

「oui négligè et draps sales ..」

「Overall, I had a good experience during my stay. The room cleaning was excellent, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water supply was a issue in our room and also water drain in basin also a problem unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to enjoy a comfortable shower during my stay. I would especially like to appreciate the swimming pool staff member, who was extremely helpful and kind. He helped my daughter when she got stuck inside, and I truly...

「The room was so humid that the floor was all wet by morning. I informed staff multiple times but they just asked to keep AC on all night. But it was on all the time. It was not addressed and I nearly slipped twice. The mirror light wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for 5 days straight. Property has a private beach which is cleaned & maintained regularly - it was a bliss walking on the shore every evening away from the main city. The staff at seagull is very friendly, esp Siva who went out of his...

「We had a great time staying here. All staff are friendly and willing to help. Feeling totally relaxed.」

「This hotel has private beach, spacious resort village, good selection of breakfast. Unfortunately, there is nothing to shop if you go outside of the hotel.」

「We booked three rooms for our family, and unfortunately, none of them were clean upon arrival — it was a complete disappointment. Given the high temperatures in summer, we specifically chose this hotel because it offered air conditioning. However, the AC units were not functioning, and there were no fans available as an alternative. Despite raising multiple complaints, no one responded or made any effort to address the issues. The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the...

「Good place to stay!」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were excellent, special thanks to the pool guy and the restaurant staff for their care and attention. Our room was spacious and spotless when we arrived with a lovely shaded balcony. Great pool, partially shaded with loungers available for relaxing afternoons out of the heat. Thanks for a great stay」
