“Staff is friendly, room was clean. Traveled with small kids and they loved the pool. Only downside was forgetting a travel crib and, unfortunately, the hotel didn’t have one. Food was just okay.”

“The hotel is old, walls are dirty and dingy. Fold out couch is so nasty looking. The staff are very nice but I was a little disappointed how old and dirty this place was. Window didnt have screen, theres no ac so its hard to keep window open because mosquitos come in and when you close window a bird pecks at it and wakes you up. The room did have a fan so that was a plus. The hotel has a lot of amenities but we didnt check it out. The bedding was old and crusty. I was so scared of bugs here.”

“The ocean view is stunning! The house was a bit small but everything we needed to spend one night. The staff were super helpful because is a bit hard to find if you’re not familiar with the area. I would definitely stay again here.”

“I hadn't been here for 12 yrs, the property is run down. The elevators not working and we had to carry out luggage up stairs. Had to request another room and more expensive instead of them accommodating us. We had visitors who live in area and were unable to come to our suite. They weren't staying the night.. I'm disappointed also fast pass used to be included was quoted $35 one day and at check it they quoted $40. Counter staff said i wouldn't need it at time of my departure and big mistake!!……

Personal de la cafeteria y recepcion muy amables.”

“Fue un buen lugar, ami pareja y ami nos gustó lo cómoda que estaba, la vista que tenía y el trato que nos dieron. El desayuno incluido valía la pena, le agregamos un par de cosas extra y todo muy bien. El único detalle que batallamos un poco con el agua caliente del jacuzzi pero de ahí en fuera, muy bien todo”

“It was quiet and nice location”

“Don’t let the photos fool you! Our room looked absolutely nothing like the photos, everything was old and ruined furniture. Horrible smell inside the room and extremely stuffy. The floors were dirty and the restroom was horrible. No blankets, just a thin sheet. I began to get a rash on my body from sitting on the bed. Let’s just say I stood for 1hr after check in and went to the front desk to ask for a refund for my two night stay. It was denied, they gave me this big excuse that I’d have to……

“Overall, we had a good stay. The location is great—there are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby, mostly seafood options, and the beach is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also booked a 60-minute couples massage for $90, and the two massage therapists were amazing.
