I arrived 20 minutes early after a three‑hour drive and urgently needed to use the restroom. The host refused to check me in early and would not allow me to use the restroom, claiming the room was not ready. However, the cleaning staff was present, heard the conversation, and informed him directly that the room was already clean and ready. Despite this, he still refused to let me in. There were no other restrooms available, and I made it clear that I needed to use one urgently. The cleaning lady could see I was upset and tried to advocate on my behalf, but he ignored everything she said. She eventually convinced him to at least look at the room to confirm it was ready. We walked to the room, arriving about 10 minutes before my scheduled check‑in time. He opened the door but continued to block me from entering. I told him again that I urgently needed to use the restroom, but he still refused. I informed him that I was extremely unhappy with the situation and would be leaving a negative review. He shrugged and grunted, making it clear he did not care. At that point, I squeezed past him and the cleaning lady, set my bags down, and went straight to the restroom. He yelled that I wasn’t allowed to enter, but I had no choice given the circumstances. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed no regard for customer service. It was clear he did not understand that his job exists because of the customers he is supposed to serve.

It was a good size room and the location was convenient. I left a hat behind and the staff was nice to hold it for me 3 days until when I returned to pick it up.

掃除はスタッフの皆さんが清潔に維持している感じで好感が持てました。 お部屋について、テレビは通常のテレビチャンネルを見ることができず、YouTubeやネトフリを自分のアカウントでログインして見れると言っていましたが、試しませんでした。 施設の設備に書いてある物しかなく、ティッシュペーパーはありませんでした。キッチンペーパーかトイレットペーパーを使うように言われました。 また、ボトルウォーターのサービスやコーヒーなどはチェックインした日だけ頂けるとのことでした。 水は熱湯や冷たい水をランドリーにあるウォーターサーバーから入手することはできました。今回の旅行で、メキシコの物価の高さに驚きました。事前に必要なものは持っていくと良いと思います。 とにかく広い部屋で無駄なものがおいていないお部屋でした。

Eazy Rio was the perfect hotel for my visit to Tijuana. The hotel was clean and modern, very friendly staff. A parking garage free for your vehicle, and the room itself was spacious and comfortable for my last minute overnight stay. They were very accommodating as I had my little dog with me. The location is great, next to special restaurants, coffee shop, and oxxo for the little things. Thank you for hosting me! We’ll be back for another trip.

Everyone is really nice and place is always clean. The only thing that i would recommend is a bending machine with main essentials like water and basic snacks. I was there one night during a lockdown and all stores including oxxos or main gas stations were closed and before it occurred to me to call uber i was dying of thirst and needed to take some meds. Other than that i love this place and that it is pet friendly
