Recently remodeled Studio (350 sq.ft /32.5 m2) for 2 Guests. Located in Tijuana a block away the PedWest Customs & Border / 10min Walk away the PedEast. Studio is on a Third Floor building with a mediterranean modern elegant style. Quiet, fully furnished close to coffee shops & bars & short drive to supermarkets. - All you`re looking for in Tijuana is here at this Airbnb!

Your Studio is located on the third floor. On the ground floor there`s a large community patio. A second patio is next to our front desk where we have community tables.
This is a three floor/brand new building:
First floor has 2 Studios.
Second floor has 7 studios with shared community balcony.
Third floor has 6 studios and a large shared community balcony.
15 studios in total; just two of the units have private balcony
The check in process will take place by attaching / submitting your driver license, photo ID, or IFE, or INE, or passport through the Airbnb Chat. Not attaching could deny access to the premises.
NOTE: GUESTS RATED LOW IN REVIEWS MUST THEN LEAVE US$100 SECURITY DEPOSIT FEE AT OUR FRONT DESK.
