“easy fast check in”

“We had a different experience because when we arrived I was sick and later found out I had the flu. The front desk clerk was so nice even offering to wash my clothes. Unfortunately we left the next day to go back home. She said the owner had to refund my last 2 nights but I definitely would stay here again ”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. I was expecting an average room to stay while I was there for the Rattle Snake roundup. When I opened the door there was a big pretty king size bed nice big Tv and extremely clean. I travel as a vendor and stay at some places not to speak about but this one here made me want to write a review because of its quality remodeling and cleanliness. I’m Ok without them making the bed most hotels don't on 2 night stays what I did like is they came and……

“It was a little long for check-in, but that was due to other people checking in first had to be patient but I was in a hurry”

“We were in town for a wedding and the owner of this hotel was so very kind and accommodating to our huge group staying. Unfortunately there was no free breakfast which was disappointing but we had a Dairy Queen right across the street. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. ”

“The building is currently under some exterior repair. It was very quiet. Not a place to go stay with a family though, it more of a quick passerby place to stop and rest for a bit to continue a long trip.”

He will give you Direct discounts on multi-stay/Weekly stays. Full Laundry Service available. Welcomes all my Pets!! :) Super-Safe & Quiet with good lighting outside. Awesome American/Mexican restaurants,DQ too within a minute walk,next door! When I'm in this area Freer,TX I will only stay here, Budget Inn & Suites!! You will Love your stay there……

“If the AC is not turned on prior to getting in the room, it is extremely hot. The room took about 1:30 to get to a comfortable temperature Not ideal after being in the sun all day, then having to come into an extremely hot room”
