“The hotel was very nice to stay in. It was very clean, modern, and accommodating. The room itself was very nice. It was like staying in a small cozy apartment/studio. The kitchen was small but very nice. It had cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. very nice for cooking on vacation. You would just need to rent out tools like a blender from the hotel. It had a smart TV and decent wifi. The water had nice pressure and had very good heating and cooling. It also had lots of storage for clothes and……

“Very cute updated 60’s-vibe motel. Perfect for our short stay in the Jacksonville beach area. We checked in on our own, with no problems. (Clear instructions emailed the day before.) The room Was clean, amenities nice, comfortable bed with lots of pillows. We did not have housekeeping, but technically really didn’t need. There was a coffee shop on premises, which is apparently popular with local runners after their beach run, and because our room was upfront across from the shop, we had about……

“Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The elevator didnt work the whole 3 days we were there and the pool needed ro be cleaned. Not a bad stay but they could do a better job on the maintenance. ”

“I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.”

“The property is showing it’s age. The location is central to many downtown locations. The parking is confusing as to what free to use vs paid to use. Thankfully the valet was helpful. The property shares footprint with Ruth Chris steakhouse. That is the best reason to stay”
