「The hotel was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice. Most of the staff were very nice and respectful. Breakfast was good but crowded. They sometimes ran out of some foods but would eventually try to replace them. We did have a few concerns while staying at this hotel that we thought others should know. * the pool was very cold and quite uncomfortable to swim in (the pool is aslo quite small and only 3 feet deep) * the hot tub was closed by the health department...

「The outside of the hotel was not well maintained. There was a broken down Ford Escape out front with a scooter beside it. Walmart shopping carts were found at the edge of the parking lot. Garbage bags were beside one door. After check in, we went to our room which was absolutely disgusting as it hadn’t been cleaned at all (dirty beds, towels on floor, toothpaste on vanity). The front desk staff didn’t believe me and had to wait for housekeeping to call her back before issuing another room. The...
