「Everything great 」

「Room was clean and fairly priced. 」

「The ceiling leaked, the heat didn’t work, there was dog poop everywhere on the sidewalk dogs kept me up all night barking it stunk and there was a roach crawling across the floor 」

「Nice clean rooms, pool and a good breakfast. Cant ask for anything more. We would definitely stay here again!」

「It was a clean property with a normal breakfast that I expect from Hampton Inn (which is overall pleasant). I had no problems and the kids enjoyed the pool. I was pleasantly surprised with the gym equipment for a hotel.」

「One chair in a room with 2 queen beds. Where are the other people booked in the room supposed to sit when they aren't sleeping? VERY noisy from highway noise as we were assigned a room on that side of the building. I know the hotel is apparently "under renovation" but just about everything was run down, poorly designed, or simply in bad shape. This includes the front walkway falling apart, landscaping that is just trashy, shower door should be on the opposite end of the shower so...

「They texted me at 700 am telling me they hoped I enjoyed my stay. Too early to be texting people for no reason.」

「rented 2 rooms, both had many dead insects laying about. Some looked like ladybugs」

「We made the reservation over a week ahead of time but when we arrived they said we couldn't stay because even tho we had moved to Arkansas, we were considered "locals". They need to say that up-front instead of waiting until we arrived. Luckily, Holiday Inn Express in Dyersburg accepted our money for the night. Will NOT recommend to anyone. 」

「I absolutely love staying there」

「The room was spacious & clean. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Very quiet place and next to a unique tourist attraction.」

「Good place for a night. Large room and comfortable bed. Several choices at breakfast. 」

「The room was mediocre at best. The pro: close to the location we were needing and parking lot lighting. The con: loud, needs updating, terrible beds (broken in the middle), smelled terrible, bath-tub had giant crack in it. Thankfully we were only there for a quick nap before heading out to our hunting adventure. I definitely would be hesitant to rent here again. And they refuse to rent to anyone local. 」

「Staff was okay, neither overly friendly or rude. The room had a layer of dust on most surfaces, the phone and headboards were particularly bad. It was noisy quite frequently, between door slams at varying hours and chatter in the front desk area. Outside of that the stay was fine.」

「So when I first checked in I was a bit hesitant as the property appears dated and dumpy. But the shower was hot, the air good, a grocery store was a short two blocks away. The room was clean and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Don't let first appearance put you off, the price was right, the sleep was great and I would stay again. 」
