「Our rooms were disgusting, so much so that we ended up not paying. There was a new manager one week into his job, he was very apologetic but could do nothing about the multiple issues. The room was full of insects, furniture falling apart, we had a lamp with no electric cable attached, it looked like the rooms had been added to the building at a later date and work was still going on. The stairs up had electric wires hanging out and dangerous drops where railings should be protected by nailed on...

「Well, we should have a good experience there since it locates in the nature. But the management is poor because they charged us twice! I booked the hotel on hotels.com and paid immediately, but after coming back our country, I checked my bills and found the hotel charged one more time through my credit card! After complaining this situation to hotel.com, the hotel is still processing and hasn's reply for one week! What a shame!」
