"It smelled like pure PISS. It was even hard to fall asleep, it made no sense. We only stayed for a night and the smell did not go away. The food at the breakfast was mid but eatable… But the staff was really kind. And it’s not that close to Port Canaveral to be honest, it was like a 25-30min drive and was like $70 for the Uber (if you’re thinking of booking it before going on your cruise). Oh and we could literally hear everything that was going on outside of the room."

"This hotel nickels and dimes you! We had several charges on our credit card that we felt were not warranted or expected! $5 for parking in their parking lot and $3 for the safe in the room! Needless to say, we will not be returning to this Comfort Suite again."

"No drinking water 💦 n room. Bar had no Gin or wine glasses. Pool totally univiting. Breakfast limited. Plastic knife bed and fork don’t cut anything ! No marmalade or honey just cheap runny jam ! Friendly staff. Check it n took ages as their systems weren’t functioning following upgrade."

"Will not stay here again. The hotel has not been well maintained and the linens were cheap/scratchy. The hotel guests were also horrible, I’m aware the hotel can only do so much with that but they could have helped maintain order. I was sitting next to a teenager who loudly proclaimed that they were going to get out a weapon and use it because they had to wait for the shuttle."

"Overall a great stay! I do wish the pool bar opened at 5pm instead of closed at 5pm but other than that a great stay!"
