On the same day, I requested a room change, but my request was completely ignored. 「Room was lovely, clean, spacious, great design features for restorative sleep. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Excellent gym facilities. I didn’t get a chance to try the yoga or Pilates classes as the schedule didn’t fit with my daytime sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of healthy choices. Food in general was excellent but sometimes small portions for the price, especially if you are on a high protein diet. Pool area is ok, but could do with more shade options or sun umbrellas...
