With 5-acres of shared grounds, a private hot tub (Jan-Sept) and space for seven guests, The Goyle is the perfect lodge for your family get together.. Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Electric heaters, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial logs for wood burner included. Travel cot and highchair. Garden with decking, garden furniture and gas barbecue. 5-acre grounds (shared). Hot tub (private, January-September). Swings for children. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £100.



This is a quiet area so please be considerate to neighbours whilst playing music.

There is a £100 security deposit payable on arrival in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer once the property has been inspected.

Amazing Retreat

Stayed for the weekend. My daughter wanted our family to all be together for her 30th birthday and it was just perfect from start to finish. Heather, the owner, was so helpful and friendly- nothing was too much trouble. The lodge was fantastic, beautiful location and contained everything we needed. The hot tub was great fun and the wine, flowers and (very) fresh eggs left for us were a welcome and appreciated treat. We also booked the cream tea which was also fantastic and very fresh with the clotted cream and a selection of jams. The location was just beautiful with views over the rolling hills. We went for walks, although the weather was against us, travelled to the local town and travelled to Exmouth for the day. Definitely highly recommend and hope to return one day soon.
