Excellent facilities great quite location

Excellent accommodation with super swimming pool, gym and sauna etc. Fantastic views of the countryside from the gardens, great local pubs with easy acesess to Tiverton and Bampton. Plenty of information available on things to do and places to eat supplied in a handy folder.

Lovely tranquil location

Cottage was lovely and spacious. The view from the garden is amazing and we enjoyed bbqing. The pool was great. Plenty to visit in the area , just have to get used to the narrow lanes.

A lovely tranquil place

We had a lovely stay here, was perfect with the playground on the doorstep and the summer house. My daughter loved it! The pool was perfect too and was a good way to spend the afternoon. Next to our lodge is a field perfect for catching the last hour on golden sunrays. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we certainly hope to come again in the future!

AMAZING

We stayed in the Smithy for four nights, the accommodation was brilliant, everything you need. The owner so nice and kind. We will go back and i would 100% recommend for anyone to stay there. They get top marks for everything.

Smithy Christmas Stay

We all had a great time in a very cosy and wonderful cottage.. Pool is great , lovely and warm , fab facilities for using the gym and lovely and quiet place to unwind.
