Clean and a great walkable location for everything in Tivoli. Bathroom smelled funky but it was extremely clean. Shower is really small you've got to contort to shave lol. WiFi was no good at all. Breakfast was at a cafe and was perfection. I'd stay here again, lived the view from our room.

Overall a very enjoyable stay!

We loved Tivoli and would have stayed longer if we did it over again! A short walk from the hotel to excellent restaurants and shops as well as to Villa D'Este and the Gregoriana Villa. A but longer walk to the train station and no functional taxi service. Hotel was clean with comfortable bedding and much loved air conditioning. Hotel office hours limited (only 2-8pm). Would stay here again.

It was advertised on your page as having free parking. Well, not only did no one show up to let us in the property, there was no information available about free parking. So in all, we paid 30€ for parking. I want this to be refunded back to my credit card. Please advise how I should proceed.

We left this hotel. The front desk opens at 2:00, but she didn’t show up till 3:00. Four flights of stairs with no lift. The biggest problem was that they expected you to park on the street. We circled for hours and never found a single parking space. Located on a very busy street in a very busy town.

Overpriced and overrated

It is stated that this is a three stars hotel, but there is no lift (and you may need to climb to the third floor). The only free parking is if you take a side street and park there along the public road, otherwise you need to pay to park the car near the building. The area is dimly illuminated. There is no carpet in the bathroom. No bedside table. No carpet after showering. Furniture is poor. The accommodation is way below expectation. I would not recommend it for a price above 40 euros

La posizione non è sempre la carta vincente

Non faccio l'elenco delle cose che non mi sono piaciute, ma mi accodo alle altre recensioni negative, la cosa che più mi stupisce è che comunque la proprietà non fa nulla per migliorare anche a distanza di anni dai commenti. Sicuramente non ci tornerò. Un appunto che mi sento però di consigliare è l'indicazione del terzo piano senza ascensore, in primo per non fare sorprese a persone disabili (anche con una disabilità "parziale") e secondariamente per ricevere persone consapevoli di cosa hanno acquistato e non giudicare il soggiorno anche (o esclusivamente) sotto questo aspetto. L'unica nota positiva è l'accoglienza della ragazza il primo giorno. Saluti

This was an overnight stay before moving on, it was a self service place without a reception, there was no secure parking. But the room was very clean and very comfortable for our stay. We were close enough to town to walk 5 minutes to a restaurant. We parked our car in a car park 5 mins walkaway. But it was secure and cost 5 euros for the night which was reasonable. Breakfast in the morning were vouchers at a cafe over the road from the hotel. All in all, we had a good night and foe the price it was great. If your over nighting definatly put this on your list

Gradevole soggiorno

Di passaggio una notte per visitare Villa D’Este e Villa Adriana, la struttura si trova comodamente vicino alla zona pedonale della città e a tutti i principali servizi. La stanza è gradevole ed accogliente, con tutto quello che serve per un breve soggiorno. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. Sicuramente un buon appoggio per chi decide di pernottare in zona.
