「The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel, although quite a nice building, needs an upgrade. Perhaps this will happen before next season as we were told that it has recently been taken over by Nomad Inns. There was no water in the swimming pool and despite being told that it would be filled the next day it never was.. 「From the moment we arrived until departure, we were treated like royalty. The hotel management and staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, flexible and accommodating. We stayed in the suite that has a private outdoor pool that directly overlooks Wadi Bani Khalid, perched high above in the surrounding hills. The hotel itself is a bit run down, but the staff were very friendly, and I appreciated that they carried our bags up the three flights of stairs! We were on the top floor, and the room was large, quiet and clean. The attached restaurant is also very good.」
