“Nice staffs are welcome in the reception. Detailed introduction Istanbul with map while check in by a male staff. Very friendly. Room is very good condition, big enough, but no toothbrush provided. When I check out, another male staff provided excellent service to me, he helped me to call a taxi to take me to the nearest airport bus station ( The Point Hotel Taskim) 25LL. “The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the……

“The Entes Apart was great! The rooms were clean and incredibly livable. The area, Taksim was fantastic. It is central to most things in Istanbul. Great for restaurants and people watching. However, what set the place apart was the owner Mr Dogu.. He was the most accommodating and generous host. Easy access to the metro, and just next to a lively shopping streets which full of local shops and souvenir stores. Very professional and helpful staffs which provided high standard services. We enjoyed our stay here very much and regretted that we only booked here for 1 night. Definitely a highly recommend hotel!”
