Raffles Istanbul, however, takes famed Turkish hospitality to a whole new level. Upon my arrival, Mustafa immediately sensed I'd had a long journey and an intense work week. He proactively offered to prepare a bath for me, disappearing only to return 20 minutes later with an indulgent tray of olive soap, essential oils, foot scrubs, and bath salts. “Beautiful place to stay, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfy and the AC was a lifesaver in the Turkish heat. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. And the cats that hang around out front are simply gorgeous. There is a lovely terrace with ample seating and the hotel is conveniently located near yildiz metro and 10 minutes walk from migroa supermarket and not much further to ortakoy waterfront. Only downsides are that the sink was not draining and on further inspection it……

And the staff, especially the front desk staff Mr. Mehmet, go above and beyond to fulfill customers’ requests and issues. Definitely when I come back to Istanbul I will stay at Hyatt Centric.”
