「先前通知：簽到號碼191014 入住QR Code掃描。皆無用途，當下真的很有挫折感，無法開啟因無提供上述的設備。因此無法執行作業程序。」

「宿泊施設は全般的に綺麗で清潔感がありましたが、バスタブの蓋も確認して頂けるとより良いと思います。また、洗面所が1階にあったら良かったです。全体的な評価としては、清潔感があり設備も充実していて満足のいく宿泊施設でした。また、利用させて頂きたいと思います。」

「This accomodation is a genuin japanese experience with the cutest old couple as hosts. If you are looking for a modern and convenient accomodation this is not for you, BUT if you are looking for unique place to stay on the country side this is the place. We had a good stay for two nights. Having a car is probably a must to get around. 」

「We had a fantastic stay at this Ratuken property! The fit out of the projector in the bedroom, and the comfortable furniture make this a very comfortable stay for two. It would easily handle more people. It's a sizeable apartment. The private semi-outdoor onsen/bath with artificial minerals is a fantastic touch. Very relaxing! It's a short walk from town and there are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended! 」

「The property itself was comfortable and clean but the reality is the person who owns this place is.......weird and stuck in his ways Have your wits about you when dealing with this guy it came across like i was a walking ATM for him Kinugawaonsen is a beautiful place and has provided many epic memories but as mentioned keep Yukka at arms length and you will be ok 👌✌️」

「The room itself was very nice, and it worked well for our family of 4. Everything is new, and the space is stylishly designed, which is sometimes hard to find in smaller towns in Japan. The challenge is the property is a 10-15 minute walk, along a main road, to any restaurant or cafe, etc. There's a 7-11 nearby, but apart from that, you're alongside a busy road and a highway off-ramp ... and not much else. If you have a car, this is no issue. But for us, with two young kids, and of course...

"我們有預先在網路上提供護照等資料，入住後與工作人員通話一兩分鐘即辦好入住手續，非常的方便快速！非常新跟漂亮的別墅，空間寬敞，打掃的很乾淨，床也很舒適，且會使用到的東西也都貼心的準備好。有溫泉浴池跟個人烤箱很特別，提供的天文望遠鏡可能星星不夠亮，雖然調整很久但還是看不到這點比較可惜，非常喜歡這間別墅，以後還會想再來：）"

"因為與兩歲小朋友一同入住，所以訂了這間餐廳是自助餐形式的溫泉酒店，早餐及晚餐都很好，跟其他懷石料形式的比較，與小朋友同行的還是自助餐比較適合。我們住了一晚訂了豪華日式客房，房間很大，小朋友在榻榻米上跑動很高興。溫泉區一般，但也很舒適，整體也十分值得推薦。 "
