"Lots of food under bed and furniture. Was charged extra charges but I don’t know what for. All taxes and fees were suppose to be included. I don’t like how when I asked for places with a conventional breakfast and it popped up on the search with my requested criteria and they did not have this service. The staff that came to help when my daughter got sick in the room was very helpful and very friendly. "

"we booked this hotel for a quick night b day celebration for our daughter. We booked because of the pool. After arriving we were told pool was closed for Reno. no where in reservation did it say this, they were pretty much unapologetic said they would have a manager speak to us before leaving and never did. it was just a bummer that before or even after we were not informed. "

"Excellent home for visit with extended family. Everything was well appointment, comfy, clean and thoughtful. The viles were a big hot with us all as well as the hot tub (soooo clean). We would stay there again!"
