「Food was great. Majority of staff were friendly and efficient. If the hadn't tried to sit me facing a wall in a corner as a single guest, the rooms had aircon and better sound installation between them then this would have be 5 stars. Gripes aside I will most likely stay there again if I am visiting the same customer nearby.」

I parked and asked reception during check in if that's the right place to park and they advice me yes. After return home from my business trip, I get a parking ticket from the hotel. 「Room was a little dated. Not the most comfortable bed and a little noisy as on the road. Would have expected a little more for price paid although room was very large. Check in staff friendly and helpful and food was decent for the price.」

「Lovely staff, very helpful . Our room was very nice, but a little bit tired and old-fashioned . That was a tear in one of the curtains and the French window onto the garden didn’t engage down at the bottom thus not locking properly alsowe had a lightbulb out on the wall lights behind the bed. Nothing to spoil the visit. It was taken on board at reception when we mentioned it on our departure. Also have to comment that one of our breakfast was not good for £20 per person. 「Beautiful surrounding. Hotel property is ok. On the first day at the reception I was given a room that takes about 6 minutes to walk,I went with 2 suitcases up a steep hill till the hotel area.the weather was really really hot.was not offered for someone to give me a hand! Then 1 flight up no lift.came there was exhausted as hell.no a/c in the rooms only small fan.did not sleep well 3 nights.in the morning 7.50 a.m working was going on on the roof really loud noise..so could not enjoy some...

「The only problem was that on the hottest weekend of the year the room did not have air conditioning. There was a Dyson fan which helped but it broke down on our second night but was replaced very quickly by a member of staff. The breakfast was excellent served by two young girls who couldn’t have been more helpful.」
