This space is designed in a thoughtful, beautiful way in harmony with the natural surroundings. Location is excellent. Can walk to the beach for sunset or for morning coffee. We appreciated the outdoor shower post-surf. Hosts are responsive and welcoming.

Superb break in beauriful Tofino

What a stunning cabin! We had the best 3 days here and were so aad to leave. The cottage is perfe tly located just behind Chesterman Beach - and a short drive to town (amd Tacofino). We couldnt have asked for a better base. Thanks for having us!

Unique property in a great location.

White bear was cozy and very clean!! Location was as described…across the street from the beach!! Great comms from property manager which made check in very easy! Would’ve been nice to have an outdoor area for fire pit or a covered area to bbq but the outdoor hot shower was hard to beat after being in the cold water!! Thanks again

Great location

Overall very good! Beautiful location with the essentials (mostly). Could use a dresser or something in addition to the 9 hangers provided for clothes, and given the cost to stay, a bit of extra tp would have been appreciated. It’s a very nice place, tucked into greenery and well shaded. Lovely to hear the ocean!

Great getaway

Was the perfect spot for beach access, walkability to coffee shops, yoga, and restaurants. Beautifully designed and built. Stocked with everything you need for cooking in. I highly recommend.

Perfect!!

Mom, dad and 2 adult daughters - cottage had everything we needed for our stay!! Many meals made in the kitchen and bbq. Lots of thought went into setting up this cottage - great bedding, blankets on the couches, every kitchen appliance we needed was available, games/puzzles…even nice toiletries! Perfect location to North Chesterman beach. Exceeded our expectations!!!

Literally the best VRBO in which I have stayed. Ever.

A few steps from Chesterman Beach, this location is matched only by the accommodation and the vibe that the owners Gillian and Fraser bring with it. My wife and I arrived with a plan to cook, surf, walk, play with our dog and work quietly. This small house with high ceilings and huge windows melts into the outdoor world in any weather in a way I can only describe as improbable. We spent hours on the spacious, elegantly covered and protected porch in rain and wind storms. We cooked all manor of food and even baked a pie. Returning "home" after a morning surf to a hot outdoor shower and a large cup of coffee on our last day, I simply booked again for next year. I travel a lot and around the world and I have never stayed in a place that felt like a home I might never want to leave.
