“My family and I had been staying there through the New Year week and I would say we've had an amazing experience with the hotel. The apartment, as advertised, was spacious, well facilitated, clean and well maintained. It is also just 2min walk to the nearest train station which is very convenient and the street has several groceries stores and market which we were able to purchase some local groceries for home cooking during the New Year's Day in the hotel when most stores were closed. “The check-in was very easy as the host provided an easy code to the lock on the door and information regarding the unit was compiled in a nice booklet that explained all the important aspects of the unit. The host checked in and answered any questions promptly, which was greatly appreciated! The location of this unit was perfect for our stay, given it's close proximity to Omori train station (approximately an 8 minute walk) and a small, but very stocked, grocery store that is three houses down.……

“Great location, close to train station, 7 Eleven store right across from the building. 4 beds can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. It has both a shower and a bath tub. Heated water and Toilet seat warmer for winter. Gas stove worked perfectly. All amenities are included, towels etc. Internet worked flawlessly, 3 bins for trash all separated. Washer and also can dry clothes outside balcony. Everything was great. Thank you.”

“We found mold in the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom sank because of the water damage. The place doesn’t get enough air in higher humidities so all of that gets trapped causing damage. Kitchen was dirty and AC was dusty. The door’s lock had worn pins so it was a nightmare to unlock and lock, wasted so much time trying to figure it out.
