"I’d like to give my highest respect to a staff called Ito-san in this hotel and hope the hotel would consider giving him a raise.
I had a one-night stay and have forgotten my wallet, in which there was over JPY100K, in the room after checking out.
Ito-san was super honest and returned the wallet to the reception. As Toyoko does not allow personal tip for me to show my sincere gratitude, I hope Toyoko would consider giving him / her a raise / bonus to encourage such a noble behaviour.
Once again thank you very much for such a pleasant stay at Toyoko and I’d be happy to give my blessings both Ito san and Toyoko.
