「While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. 「清潔感があり、1階のオーナーは気さくな方で必要な物などは相談に乗ってくれるみたいです。鍵の受け取り方法は日程が近くなったらサイトを通じて連絡があることは把握しておくと良いと思います。疑問があればサイトを通じて問合せをしたら丁寧に回答をして頂けます。連泊時にタオル交換はされてませんでしたので、オーナーに声をかければ交換してくれるんだろうとは思いましたが、手持ちのタオルがあったので使用しました。駐車場1台分なので、車2台以上の方はオーナーに駐車場事情などを確認すると良いと思います。」

"We couldn’t check in when we talked to the first staff though the hotel on line system in the front desk despite we had filled in all our information prior our arrival. The staff also said that we shouldn’t contact him too. It took us more than 20min to deal with the first staff. We tried to check in again by contacting another staff through the front desk system and it took me less than 2minutes to complete the whole process."

"I would recommend this hotel!! This is a very nice and glamorous hotel, and worth the price. Wifi's working very well. The location is great, just next to the train stations and the bus station. We saw Mt. Fuji from our room and the restaurant on the 13/F. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, the weather was a bit cloudy and it blocked the Fuji San, so we needed to stay in the hotel for half a day, but the room is very comfortable, so we actually didn't mind. We also used the gym room, there were a treadmill and an elliptical. Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast's good."
