"Grateful to have two friendly and considerate staff when checking in. I asked if i could have a room that could see Mt. Fuji when I checked in. They tried their best to help even the hotel was fully booked. Thank you so much for their kindess. The view was awesome. However, I could easily hear the noise from the corridor especially when some guests kept running back and forth at night and they spoke loudly when going back to the room. Sadly that I could not have a quiet environment at night."

"房間雖然不大，但是對於商務或是短期旅遊，房間的設備和空間是剛好的。床鋪舒適，羽絨被輕薄保暖，勉強有空間可以打開行李，床下可以收納。一塵不染，沒有煙味。由於周圍沒有其他大樓，所以窗外的視野遼闊採光好。免費的早餐超好吃，老媽媽們的手藝不是蓋的，尤其是咖喱飯，太美味了。只是週末人多，為了出餐快速，食物選項不如平常日，也沒有咖啡飯；有提供餐盒可以把早餐打包外帶，這點很貼心。也許有人會抱怨桌椅位置不夠，為了能坐下來吃飯要在旁邊等，甚至只有兩台電梯，尖峰時段會客滿要等，但我覺得這樣的價位和品質，這些缺點都是可以包容的，而且替換的速度其實很快，用平常心看待即可。來三島，超級推薦東橫Inn."

"Staff are nice, room are clean and spacious, but the open bath is pretty small. A little remote if not driving and to be honest, taking rail + hotel shuttle would be a better option, considering it is a 5 hours drive to Tokyo, but it is only 25 mins drive to Kawazu to see Sakura, and they got many good restaurants nearby. "
