Took a family trip to Japan and the Act Hotel was our first stay of several. Although it’s a small boutique hotel it had great amenities and comfortable beds. The location was in a nice quiet area and near transit stations. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend.

For the price it’s a good hotel. However, staff just seemed like they did not care about you or want to talk to you that much. With that being said, we did not have any issues with them or with our stay. It was a small room, but for the price it’s well worth it. Additionally it’s in a very good location and next to the station.

Nice hotel and neighborhood

It’s a very nice place to stay if u like quiet neighborhood and super convenient! There are so many nice restaurants around and super close to metro station. If u love museums, there are so many famous museums around the area. And there is a free ice cream machine in the hotel lobby for every costumer!

We had an excellent stay at the ACT Hotel. It was clean, staff was pleasant. We had towel service daily. Room was small depending on where you are used to staying. We came from the United states so this was a very small room but it was comfortable, clean, had everything that we needed in it. We even had to use the laundry room and it was clean. Very conveniently located to subway, restaurants, convenient stores and mall. I would definitely stay again.

The room was small as normal Tokyo hotels are but very cozy and the appliances worked well and were of quality. The water pressure was great and the temperature controls were effective. Hidden a short distance down a side alleyway from a main thoroughfare is this gem, affordable, clean, wirh free soft serve ice cream as a treat during the hot summer tourism.
