Front desk attendant from Nepal who made a huge difference. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly warm, friendly, and patient. He helped me with everything I needed, answered all my questions with a smile. All of the staff were also very friendly!!! Will definitely use this hotel again

We loved our stay. It’s a dog hotel so we got to see adorable dogs! The area is great, quiet but plenty of great places to eat. The trains were not difficult to navigate and it was a great base to explore Tokyo

very nice cosy hotel with great staff and very convenient location, it's both outside of the crowd but also very close to the metro station to go to Narita Airport and to connect to other lines, the staff was very kind and helpful providing welcome drinks and other amenities.

Incredible stay at the ici hotel, super kind staff. Clean rooms especially for being dog friendly. Great Japanese breakfast. Love the location, the neighborhood is quiet but filled with local restaurants. Train station is 5 min walk away. I would absolutely stay here again, fabulous and cozy hotel!

This was my first trip to Japan and I want to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. The hotel was located next to a station. There is also a super market and 7/11 within walking distance. Overall I had a pleasant experience with this hotel and the staff was helpful, and friendly. Thank you all for making my trip to Japan an amazing one. If I’m going to be in the area I’ll be staying here again!!!!

An amazing stay here. A lesser know place to stay in Tokyo but the station is 2 mins walk away so you can get into the more popular places very quickly. Staff are very friendly, rooms decent sized with good bathroom. Lots of convenient shops as well as restaurants around too.
