This is an awesome hotel in almost every possible way including in a most-convenient location. However, my wife found the in-room coffee to be awful. I didn’t try it so as far as I’m concerned, it was one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

Very comfortable and clean high-end business hotel. Steps from Tokyo station and Tokyo’s main business district, it’s convenient to everything and very professional. Polished and responsive service. Perfect for a short Tokyo stay of any kind, though I’d want something with more local character if I was traveling for pleasure.

Spotless and the staff was very attentive. Can’t beat the location next to Tokyo station. In fact, you can get to all the train/metro options without stepping foot outside. It is conveniently connected below ground. Would highly recommend if you are staying in Tokyo.

Even after studying all the reviews and YouTube videos, Marunouchi Hotel exceeded our expectations. Very happy with our stay here. If I was to visit Tokyo again, I would pay more for a larger room (meaning, the very largest room they have!)
