The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, always happy to assist with anything we needed (especially the lady and gentleman with glasses who work during morning shift around 9-10am). The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around simple and stress-free. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

Clean rooms , located in Shimbashi that has a number of restaurants nearby and a konbini store that is open 24hr is about 100m from the place. Ahimbashi station is about a 10min walk so location is central.

Great stay and room was big enough for 3 people! I was scared it was going to be super small but it fit the three of us perfectly. Everything was clean and staff was super helpful. Only confusing thing was turning on the ac it seemed like it wasn’t getting cold at all and the hotel’s heater was automatically on.

A model for all budget hotels. Well located, within walking distance of Ginza, Toranomon etc. Small but well designed rooms with good shower. Spotless obviously. Free coffee and water in the lobby. Staff were very pleasant too.

The hotel is located in a reasonably convenient and walkable location considering the price. The room is quite small for a family of five like us (more suitable to just 4 people). The air conditioning is centrally controlled by the hotel and is way too warm. The staff either offer you a tiny fan or ask you to open your own window to let the cold air in. The lady staff at check-in was really unfriendly and not helpful at all, but the rest of the staff throughout the remaining three days were nice and very helpful.

Reasonably close to a number of lines and stations, including Shimbashi making it an ideal location if you're willing to do a bit of walking on foot. Rooms were a great size considering that we are in Tokyo.
